In order to be the best quality RV manufacturer, we knew we had to ensure that no detail was overlooked. By guaranteeing every unit off the production floor receives a top-to-bottom inspection for accuracy, functionality, and appeal, we’re able to deliver owners with safe, reliable, and long-lasting RVs.

At Dutchmen, we want each of our customers to have full confidence in the RV they purchase from us. After all, it’s our mission to deliver quality RVs that allow for exciting family adventures, quick weekend getaways, and long-term, off-the-grid exploration.

That’s why we perform a 100% Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on every travel trailer, fifth wheel, and toy hauler that leaves our facility. From heavy-lifters, like Voltage, to light-travelers, like Aerolite and Coleman, each RV undergoes a thorough 253-point inspection to ensure accurate measurements, fully-functional electronics and components, and an assurance that the unit reflects the quality standards our Dutchmen owners have come to expect. In addition to the 253-point inspection, units will pass through our state-of-the-art rain bay, where 100’s of gallons of water are poured over the unit to ensure there are no leaks before delivery.

Every month, each Dutchmen RV brand is evaluated by the warranty claims most associated with their products. Using a running tally of these warranty claims, product managers employed within customer service groups are tasked with breaking down the top five opportunities they find and communicating their needs at the plant level to assure repetitive warranty items are identified and addressed on future Dutchmen units. 

What does that all mean? It means we listen to our customer feedback and work hard to make sure Dutchmen RVs are the most reliable and long-lasting RVs the market has to offer.
