Design
We are designing every Eddie Bauer model with deep intentionality and first-hand feedback from our consumers. Testing
Every new model Eddie Bauer undergoes a series of extensive and deliberate quality tests that go far beyond industry standards. Each new model is road stress tested under real-world conditions, with live video footage reviewed by our quality assurance team to identify even the smallest opportunities for improvement. Every unit built is subjected to a full rain bay test prior to shipment, ensuring complete protection against leaks before it ever reaches a customer. Our product managers personally camp in every new model to experience the design and functionality firsthand, providing authentic feedback to refine comfort, usability, and performance. In addition, every cabinet system is put through a weighted stress test to confirm structural rigidity and long-term durability—because we believe confidence on the road starts with rigorous testing behind the scenes.
PDI
Each Eddie Bauer moves through multiple quality-control checkpoints during production, culminating in a thorough final finish inspection. While most manufacturers ship their units to dealers at this stage, we take the process significantly further. Every Eddie Bauer RV is sent to a dedicated Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) facility, where a separate, specialized team conducts an additional 180+ point inspection. Only after passing this exhaustive review do we authorize a unit for shipment to our dealer partners—ensuring unmatched consistency, craftsmanship, and confidence in every RV we build. 100% PDI on every unit, every time.
